Upfront Quotes

We provide transparent pricing before production begins. While rare, costs may adjust slightly due to market fluctuations or design changes that affect material weight.

No CAD or Revision Fees*

Design freely — there are no fees for CAD creation or up to three revisions. Our interactive 3D renders let you view, rotate, and approve your design with confidence.

Design Approval

All designs (CADs, waxes, or renders) must be approved via email before production. Your email approval confirms both cost and design details.

*If no order is placed within 4 weeks, a $150 CAD fee applies —
credited towards your order.

Reference Photos

General Stone Policies

Customer-supplied stones must be measured before CAD design.
We are not responsible for color outcomes when using customer-provided materials.
We assess all stones prior to use but cannot guarantee the structural integrity of older or soft gemstones.

For stone matching, the original stone must be sent in.
Natural gemstones vary; exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
If stones arrive mounted, we’ll remove them for measurement — mountings are melted unless otherwise requested.
